2023 GPDN Annual Conference | Building Community: from Practice to Action

The Graduate and Postdoctoral Development Network (GPDN) is excited to invite you to our Annual Conference on Tuesday November 7 and Wednesday November 8, 2023. We are pleased to offer a hybrid format with an in-person conference in Victoria, British Columbia and a virtual conference on Zoom. The GPDN Conference will be held during the Canadian Association of Graduate Studies’ (CAGS) conference.

• Time: 8:30am- 3:00pm PCT on Tuesday and 8:30am - 1:30pm PCT on Wednesday

Important registration information

Early bird discounted registration will be available from September 11 to September 26. Regular priced registration will be available from September 27 to October 19 for in-person attendance and September 27 to November 3 for online attendance. 

The conference is open to members of GPDN who have an active membership that extends past October (i.e. new memberships). Before registering for the conference, you must purchase or renew your membership by following the steps below:

• Current GPDN members with membership expiring in October 2023: 
• • Click "login" at the top right of the GPDN website to access your GPDN account on the website (if you have difficulty logging in, please contact our membership manager)
  • Once logged in, select your name (at the top of the screen) to see your profile
  • Look under your membership details to find the "membership level" information and select the "change" button
  • Select "Group A - Regular Member"
  • Click to continue with the membership change and payment
